It's winter in St. Louis, we've been looking for a 2-door Jeep Wrangler for a few months. We finally found one on the David Taylor Website. From the moment we called to confirm they still had it, to going there (it's 30 miles away from us) and picking it up, it was such a smooth experience. Most of what we did was over the phone and Chase and Matt were VERY helpful and prompt in getting back to us with questions we had. Mike who did our financing was equally prompt and helpful. Overall, it was one of the smoothest experiences we've had and I would HIGHLY recommend David Taylor for all your Jeep needs!!!!!
I appreciate the Service Team at David Taylor for their diligence. I appreciate Jamie, the GM for his hands-on diligence as well. Things were not quite right at first but they didn't stop until they figured it out and now I can enjoy "PUNKY BREWSTER" again.
I thoroughly enjoyed my entire experience here. The process from start to finish was flawless and pretty simple. The sales team communicated and set clear expectations of the process. I will definitely consider this dealership for my my vehicle purchase needs.
Never did i overhear a salesperson and the manager offer oil changes for a five star positive review. That completely changes my impression of this dealership. I wonder how many reviews were deals. That has to be unethical. I would give ZERO stars if it was an option. I will not compromise my integrity here.
